Hi there, I'm the proud new owner of a 2nd hand brewtus iii-v. There is periodically a gentle hissing sound coming from the top right of the machine inside.
I am thinking of opening up the machine to have a look at what's causing it so decided to go to the file room and look at manuals etc. I'm getting an error message when I try to go there so cannot view files.
