Well, I fixed it - but I didn't get any new parts as being in Canada it was kind of hard to track stuff down - so I took everything apart which for the most part wasn't too difficult - just the stuff that you really have to torque on it - like the boiler stuff. I wrote my procedure down - I guess I should post it. Anyways, I just cleaned everything up, esp the boiler threads, and it turned out there was a nick on one of the threads where I think the water was getting through. Filed that, put things back together, and so far (knock on wood) so good. This forum is pretty cool with a bunch of dedicated people, the only issue that I have is I only have so much time to work on something, then it gets put aside, and then two weeks later, gets picked back up again. Some people seem to have all day and night, and can focus on the problem until it is fixed - I piggyback on those people and thank them very much. My two bits.... Merry Xmas.
