Ah, okay I understand your issue/problem. Mine did the same thing and it was replaced. Sadly I think our machines are not the best. Since mine was replaced I have left it on. I did not have the damage you did. I was woken at 2 in the morning to a huge BANG and was able to mitigate the damage. >From what I understand the darn board on my machine was getting to much heat, the reason I put the foil in front of it. I have also drilled some vent holes in the sides. Maybe I should of insulated the tanks.
