Ooh, both leads at 120V eh? So you have the same problem I do it sounds
like. See my other thread.
I don't think you'll be able to power the brew boiler with the steam
boiler circuitry, there'd be no temperature control.

I measured 0V across terminals 1 and 2 on the relay. The PID display
seems to be functioning normal. It displays an apparently correct
temperature and the status light is calling for brew power but it's
not delivering it.
How do I diagnose from here: bad PID or bad relay?

Is there an easy way for me to wire the steam boiler out of the loop?
I never use it. Drink straight espresso. The Brewtus IV has an off
switch. Can I wire my steam so it the steam boiler is permanently off,
or is my plumbing different?
