Looks like your are correct. Following Ira's instructions I have
checked the brew boiler output and it is very inconsistent. Sometimes
it works -- sometimes it doesn't work.
Any recommendations for sourcing the Jaeger p-stat?

pressure reaches 1.8 the heat is cut off. If I drain some steam,
the heat resumes at 1.5.
