Yup UK, based in Hampshire! TBH really impressed with the support I got from WLL, they didnt need to help at all and their videos are awesome. Just checked underground out, not seen before thanks! I got another control box from bella barista (cheapest) but i would send it back if i could fix the old one. I have been using crem technical for the other parts, prices seem good but i am spending a bit on delivery! Unblocked the steam wand and shes ready to go. Is it normal for steam to start sizzling (for want of a better word) from the holes in the bottom of the big safety valve? I also get a tiny spit of water before the (now new!) vacuum breaker shuts.
