The OPV is located behind the drip tray on the right side—you’ll see a hole, 
maybe with a paper sticker over it, and behind that hole is the adjustment 
screw of the OPV. It’s a large bronze or brass flat-head screw. If memory 
serves, there is an o-rink in there, and if it has cracked slightly (like your 
group gaskets), it could be letting pressure drop a bit and leaking. You may be 
able to back the screw all the way out (with the machine cold, of course) and 
replace the o-ring. Or, you may need to replace the whole thing. I don’t have 
one here or I’d send a photo and disassemble to see what seals are in there. 
But it’s a starting point, anyway.
