I had done exactly that (remove cover and look carefully). No luck but then went for round two. Better luck this time.
The leak is coming from the steam wand. So, its leaking from the steam wand, dripping to the bottom (left side) running to the right hand side, and out the bottom. I guess this is easy enough to fix and I'll do that tonight (Monday). I had retrofitted the steam and hot water wands with joysticks from Chris Coffee. They were working well for many months until now. Is there any special thread tape I should be using and am not? Second question...I noticed the brew pressure was down from 8 to 6 bar. Can this leaky steam wand be responsible for that?
