Fwiw I don't replace parts until they break on my Brewtus. The pressurestat has gone out a few times and I've replaced the controller twice. I'm pretty sure you could put an on/off switch on it but I haven't looked at it to see how you would do it. I added a PID and changed the joysticks for the one Chris coffee sells. I like the toggle joysticks a lot better than the originals.
