Hi, Hope this is the right way to reply can't seem to do it on the group. I think I had a similar issue, I changed the pstat but it didn't resolve it. In the end turned out to be because (I think) I had too much stuff on top of the machine and it was under a low shelf. It was triggering the hilimit on the steam boiler. Click this down and see if it works again. Symptoms were power cut off to steam boiler just before vacuum valve sealed, then couldn't get it to work until the whole machine had cooled down again. Obviously brew wouldn't work either (if steam was on) . I also have a small steam leak which again probably doesn't help, seems to be resolved now it's got more space and less stuff on top.
