Good point Herman (and hello!). If enough steam is escaping, that could drop the water level in the steam boiler and cause the pump to cycle to fill it back up. I mistyped earlier I think when I said “brew boiler” for what gets refilled. Listen to Herman, he’s smarter than me. ;)
