I don't have a solution along the lines that you are looking for, but I would recommend a bottomless portafilter to give you more room. Using my bottomless portafilter, I have 5 inches of clearance on the Brewtus IV. It also allows you to use a 3 shot filter basket if you are so inclined.
A flatter scale lower profile cups might also give you enough room. For a super tall mug, I just remove the screen on the drip tray and hold the cup while pouring the shot. Not very elegant, but gets the job done for a travel mug, etc. HTH, Adam On Sun, Apr 4, 2021 at 3:13 AM '[email protected]' via Brewtus < [email protected]> wrote: > If I put my scale on the tray and place my cappuccino glasses under the > double spout it got stuck. > Did anybody have same experience and come up with a good solution? > > Custom made tray or 'etagaire' solution? > > Thanks > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Brewtus" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to [email protected]. > To view this discussion on the web visit > https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/brewtus/2863bde2-f0c4-4eba-b3bc-fec100317771n%40googlegroups.com > <https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/brewtus/2863bde2-f0c4-4eba-b3bc-fec100317771n%40googlegroups.com?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer> > . > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
