If I remember correctly, those controllers are factory set to behave differently based on use. Read the instructions and see if there is any indication. For example, the same controller is used for refrigeration and may be set at the factory for that use.  You can set the controller for different uses through the display, similar to setting the temp. The instructions should offer some clues.  Good luck!
