Suggest doing a google search on the part number, the manufacturer will surely have instructions on their website. Pretty sure you’ll find the answer to your issue.

Read the instructions and see if there is any indication. For example, the same controller is used for refrigeration and may be set at the factory for that use. You can set the controller for different uses through the display, similar to setting the temp. The instructions should offer some clues. Good luck!
