it is probably logging by the kernel. I had a similar problem, whereby I
was flooded by logged packets on the console of my firewall...
If you run klogd, configure it to reduce the level of kernel logs that get
printed on the active console. There is a command line option to do that.
If you (like me) do not run klogd (I use syslog-ng), then you can act on
pseudo-file /proc/sys/kernel/printk to achieve the same result. Then you
should be able to use your console again, at least. As a second step, try
to understand where these messages come from, and resolve the problem
causing them.
