Er, he mostly is.

It goes out of print pretty fast, but it generally does get published
sooner or later; _Look to Windward_ hasn't been published in the US yet,
and AFAIK _The State of the Art_ never was, but all the rest of the SF
was at some point, and at least a substantial chunk of the non-SF
stuff.

With amazon.co.uk, though, this is less of a problem than it was; I 
got _Look to Windward_ in a week, for only $20 in hardcover; they still
have deep (50%, in that case) discounts on books that are currently 
selling well.

(I miss Know Knew books.  Sigh.)
