I am sure as *hell* not going to risk Miranda rights and *my* rights
as a gay person not to be discriminated against, and The Supreme Court
Case That Shall Not Be Named, on the off chance that maybe a Bush
appointee will fool us all and be more liberal than Bush expected.
And anyone who *does* take that risk for that reason is, IMO, an 
idiot.  Now, you may *want* to see those cases overturned, in which
case you *should* vote for Bush, but expecting a surprise from his
Supreme Court nominees is foolhardy.
