Hi, BobZ! Well, I do agree that Thomas is a second rate judge. But
Scalia is different. Yes, he is very right wing, but he isn't second
rate.
But the question I want to ask...
Does anyone really believe that the only thing that guarantees abortion
in the US is Roe v. Wade? What would happen if RvW was overturned? In
my opinion, RvW was not a good decision. That may or may not mean that
abortion should or should not be legal. But given the obvious desire
of 70% of the population that abortion should be available
(notwithstanding that 70% of the population also calls themselves
"against abortion"), some sort of political solution will arise.
