I disagree.... I have read a few of Thomas' opinions, and they are almost
majestic in their brilliance.   I was very impressed.

The issue would be returned to the States..... I guess if you are a Texan,
you might lose your right to an abortion, but if you're a New Yorker, you
have nothing to fear.   It would take a truly radical Supreme Court shift
to declare that unborn children are alive and thus protected.   We're not
even close to that stage..... even Thomas would not vote for it.
