We had a number listed under my name that was for people at my company to
get hold of me. At some point, my husband's name got attached to that
number in someone's call list, and I'd get calls for him at that number.
My stock response when they called that number asking for him was, "This
is not the number to call if you wish to speak with Dan Thompson.
Good-bye." Then I'd hang up. I'd be really pleasant as I said it, but
cut the whole thing off quickly.
