Wouldn't that be BAD in the case of some friend trying to call you from a
pay phone or something? What would be infinitely preferable would be to be
able to block calls from specific numbers, such as telemarketers' numbers.
Hm. That'd work for a week, then they'd all change their numbers. But it'd
be nice if they were legally required to register their numbers publicly,
so that you could just download the list into your filters.
