The story is that a guy named Chadless invented a special hold-punch
that collected all the little pieces of paper inside itself so they
didn't spill all over the floor.
Since the chadless hole punch didn't create all these little pieces
of paper on the floor, clearly the pieces of paper had to be "chads".
