What I find rediculous is that they are willing to award *all* the state
votes based on a difference of only 300 or so votes out of over 6 Million
with the voting process itself having such a huge margin of error (2.9%!? I
never thought the margin of error would be *that* high).  The *only* fair
solution would be to split the electoral votes, either down the middle or by
district.  That would be the only fair solution for *any* state with a
leading margin smaller than the margin of error.  Oh well, we really
shouldn't expect fairness in politics, especially with New Mexico's
rediculous laws (in the event of a perfect tie, the votes are awarded based
on a game of chance... they don't split the votes in reflection of the will
of the people, they flip a coin!).
