It is not based on the amount of people in the country but on the amount of
money members contribute to the Europeen system. The Europeen system is an
economic based system. It is intended to make the Europeen market more uniform
and thereby stronger towards the rest of the world. It was never intended to
take over the individual governments of each of the members.
