Let's see -- the shoelace tying is about as easy as you would expect when
you're doing it sitting on the edge of the bed with a dogbed less than 2
feet away from the bed, with the dog who has great interest in feet
*anyway* sitting in the dogbed, or worse, sprawling out of it, giving less
volume for maneuvering feet around. And I *used* to be able to bring my
knees up to my chest! But the belly is actually leading the breasts now,
as of sometime last week (and I've grown into a D cup, just to give an
idea of how far *those* are sticking out), and while it's hard to notice
real change from one day to the next, it's obvious over a 3-day period
that my belly is growing.

Oh, and I had an ultrasound on Monday, the baby looks normal and healthy
to the trained technician, we were told it weighs 12 ounces now, we found
out the gender, and my own physiology was looking good as well. And at
the checkup yesterday, I got poked and then had part of my belly measured
with a tape measure, and I'm told my uterus is 19cm from top to bottom,
which is apparently good at this point. (Yeah, non-metric for one
measurement, metric for another....)

And my appetite is way up. I haven't had such an appetite since I was a
teen-ager, and I haven't had such a *desperate* appetite since I can
remember, period. (And I need to snack soon. Bananas are just wonderful
fruit....)
