Exactly.

0- Freezing
10- Chilly
20 - Warm
30 -  Hot
40 -  Searing
46 - death to humans...
100 - Water boiling.

OK, there's a little variation in boiling/freezing point with solutes/air
pressure and so on, but not enough to make a blind bit of difference to
everyday.
