You notice I live in Texas?  This is a decision I do not take lightly;
this is a decision reached after 18 winters in New England.  (Plus
Christmas break for 4 years; it was over a Christmas break that the
incident where someone informed me it was -22 outside before I got out of
bed occurred....)

As for boogers, they stiffen below 40F (or about 5C), and that's bad
enough for me, thank you very much.  (Then my nose starts getting runny
after that.  Bleah.)
