Oh really?     Care to explain why McCain-Feingold will not have the
following result?

Instantly, an organization forms known as "The Friends of the George W.
Bush Re-election Campaign."   This group purchases large blocks of air
time, and uses their 1st Amendment Rights to air pro-Bush ads.
