This is a very stupid, self-genocidal policy of European
countries. That's why Europe is far below the replacement
rate.

AFAIK, your neighbour Luxembourg has pregnancy incentive
policies. Maybe you should move there :-)

BTW, my wife didn't have any problem with our three 
pregnancies; she was still a student during Ana's, she
was working for the g*v during Natalia's, and she had
a private job during Bernardo's. In call cases, she had
a 4 month license *with* normal wages, and returned to the
job after that period.
