Bah. PC jargon suckz. You forgot to mention a fourth
class, that includes those countries that are steadily
in the process of self-annihilation, like ex-Zaire,
and probably most of Africa.

BTW, I heard reports of people coming out of Johannesburg,
saying that it became a ghost-city, with huge business
buildings made of gold, with barred doors and nobody inside.
