It depends.   I'm of the opinion that we still have plenty of the stuff.

More importantly though, free trade makes war less and less profitably.
Let's face it, if China ever wanted to take us on, they would be much
poorer instantly due to the loss of trade.   As would we.   If MAD works
for globalthurmonuclear war, why not for free trade?
