No. I am merely pointing out that in said countries, even a coporation run
by altruists would not be able to positively impact the lives of people
living there, because the nations resources are being plundered for the
self-enrichment of their leaders.

First off, they are UN Security Council sanctions.
Secondly, the sanctions are at least slowing down the development of
nuclear, biological, and chemical weapson.
Finally, Saddam Hussein is free to selll as much oil as he wants to buy
food and medicine. He refuses. You can lead an ass to water, but you
can't make him drink. The food and medicine as literally sitting at
Iraq's door, all he needs to do is accept it. He won't.
Additionally, Iraq could engage in as much trade as it wanted, if it only
renounced its weapons of mass destruction. Given that Hussein has already
used these weapons on his own people, there is little doubt that he would
use them if he had them.
Thus, our options are:
1) Keep sanctions in place, and let Saddam continue to refuse to buy food
and medicine for his own people.
2) Risk having a nuke go off in Tel Aviv or Riyadh.
The choice is yours. Are you willing to take responsibility for the
risks in option #2?
