Maybe if your skilled people made their own coffee like they do
in the US, then you'd have more workers to go around. ;-)
As Dan was saying earlier, in most offices I have any experience
with, the person who drained the last of the coffee makes the next
pot. It really doesn't take all that much time, since on average,
each person only has to make coffee occasionally, and making coffee
doesn't take long, either.
