LOL I can imagine, but I wish I knew better just exactly what he's
referring to because I can't remember anything in the books that quite
matches the description you've given. Unles DB's talking about Harry's
awful, awful adoptive parents...but they get their comeuppance in
increasing doses as each book goes along.
