I wonder if there's a name for the effect that we picture celebrities as 
being literally larger than life. I blame the camera angles chosen for 
television and film, which usually have the camera slightly below eye level. 
Thus, we're conditioned from a young age that anyone famous *must* be taller 
than us. Any other ideas?
