The Probability of you remembering a dream in any given night is directly
correlated to the likelihood of you waking up during REM. We all dream
every night - if we didn't dream, we would wake up feeling completely
unrested. The dreams we remember are just the ones we wake up during. If
you find yourself remembering dreams regularly, you probably aren't getting
enough sleep, and waking up too early.
