In the cable tv today I watched TOS and TNG; TOS was - again - a story about an omnipotent entity, this time a peace enforcing race that caused Kirk and a Klingon - who looked more like a Romulan than a Klingon - to stop a local war that might escalonate to a galactic war. Ridiculous. TNG was Redemption Part II - a much richer approach to the Federation - Klingon Empire peace. IMHO, TOS has some good episodes, but some really bad ones. TNG has good episodes and boring episodes, but just a few of them are _bad_. Alberto Monteiro
