I should have put you in touch with the friend of mine who didn't have any
problems until near the end. (The baby didn't turn head down when she
should have, and it turned out that at that point she didn't have enough
room to turn like that, and ended up having a caesarean section. Up until
then, she did incredibly well. My pregnancy has more closely paralleled
the one of another friend whose baby was born within 2 weeks of that one,
what with morning sickness and other stuff.)

Hey, if you can enjoy the last few weeks of pregnancy, do so! Your body
will do what it's supposed to eventually.

Seeing as your junior has roomier accomodations, he may be a little more
reluctant to leave than mine. We'll see. I'm just glad that this weekend
we managed to get most of the preparation finished; we still have a bunch
of things whose labelling say that washing before use is recommended, but
that's what we have a washing machine for. It's just a matter of getting
it all in, one load at a time, now. Finishing preparing *me* may take
just a little longer, as there are a few more things I want to do for my
own sake before then. (And we didn't manage to do some of them yesterday,
like I wanted to, due to the weather, wah! Dan promises he'll try to
squeeze it in if his schedule allows it before *next* weekend.)

        Julia

who *really* doesn't want to run into the situation her mother was in on
the second pregnancy -- 3 weeks late in Texas in June would just be too
much!
