program?

As I understand it there were "Rocket Clubs" in many parts of the world in
those days.

To attribute the work and effort of thousands of Americans to a handful of
Germans , however influential, is shortsighted enough to be classified as
stupid.
Its like saying that Microsoft should get complete credit for any design
that is based on, compatable with, or resembles MS' own products.
