I'm going to write a long post on democratic peace theory later, but,
the other democracy would be? My Israeli history is at least decent,
and Israel has basically fought the same people over and over, right?
Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq, in varying combinations. At no point
in any of their histories since 1948 (or, for that matter, before
that) have any of these countries even vaguely resembled democracies.
So what am I missing here?
