In our corner of the world, the proper sacrifice is free beer for the
construction workers. This sacrifice is offered when the highest point of
the object-under-construction is reached.

So, naturally, construction workers would rather work on putting garages
next to people�s houses, then work on high-rise buildings...   :)

What's the proper sacrifice for building contractors (aside from money)?
Ritually hitting one's thumb with a hammer?  :-)
