Texas. But Austin is this weird little zone unto itself as far as some
things go. I like how they've created the incentives for recycling more
and tossing less.

No, we just want enough pavement to get from A to B in the same amount of
time it took us 10 years ago, and we want everyone else on the road to not
produce as much pollution as they are. ;)
Oh, and there are enough problems with all the pollen and stuff in the air
around here (at one point I managed to develop an allergy to the most
common landscaping tree in this city) without adding pollutants on top of
it. I think the worst we had as far as air pollution in the last few
years coincided with the smoke clouds wafting north from Mexico, which
made for interesting problems. (Jokes about going outside and inhaling
and getting the munchies abounded....)
