I don't know.

What I do know is, clouds of smoke were drifting north, and visibility in
Austin was reduced some as the clouds hit us.  And it seemed that the
pollution got trapped with all that extra stuff around.  It wasn't that
the smoke caused the pollution, but it prevented its dissipation.
