Since when was Windoze been a decent OS?

I've avoided the trap that is ME anyway. I'm using 98SE. I dual boot 
NT4. I tried 2000, but it refused to see my second processor 
(despite Quake 3, BeOS, LINUX, NT4 and several other things 
using it JUST fine...)
