Certainly some drugs come from Controlled Countries. However, the is a
distinct difference between smuggling drugs and Nuclear Weapons. I think
that there are very few people, including our biggest enemies, that would
have serious issue with "patriots" who want to bomb America - but I suspect
few criminals who smuggle drugs have a moral problem with bringing in a
substance people demand and pay good money for.
It takes a large number of people to arrange to smuggle in something like a
nuclear, especially since the risk factor HAS to be close to nil,
considering that a nuclear weapon in the wrong hands is priceless. Tim
Mcveigh was able to perform a terrorist act, but it was his only known
partner in crime that ratted him out. He got caught. It only takes one person
to collapse such grandious plans and call the authorities.
Because of this, if I was a terrorist, I would not even consider nuclear
weapons, with there being so many other things to wreck havoc.
