Correct.  There was one part where I was stunned about
gun control procedures in his country, but that was an
aside.

I don't remember saying that anyone had the right to
break the law.  I argue against the passing of further
laws controlling guns that are in the hands of people
who abide by the law.

Ah, I think there are several people on this list who
would disagree that's what my arguments boil down to. 
I hope.  I'd prefer if you didn't pick and choose,
then paraphrase, my best misquotes and ignore the
thrust of my argument.

That makes two of us.  As I said above, I was just
stunned by what he described and wanted to know how he
felt about the aforementioned regs in his country.  I
certainly didn't say what his country and his people
should do, and i'm not going to in the future. 
<tongue firmly in cheek> It would be arrogant to tell
someone how their country should be conducting its
business.
