I need to note that the latest configuration of the missile shield idea claims it 
won't be effective against China or Russia anyway, but is designed for small numbers 
of missiles launched by rogue states.

China, Russia, North Korea and others aren't convinced, though. They are among six 
Asian nations that have joined together to oppose the shield.
