A completely bogus quote, though widely cited on Internet gun whacko sites. 
For one thing, her name is _Sarah_ Brady. For another, she's a Republican 
whose husband worked for Ronald Reagan -- since neither the GOP nor Reagan 
are  known to be supporters of socialism, doesn't this seem a little odd? 
Finally, if she really is a closet commie bent on overthrowing the US 
government, do you really think she's _stupid enough_ to say so in a letter 
to a magazine?
