In all honesty, Michael, I'd rather reword it to "Who the heck gave
anyone around here power to implement parlimentary procedures to quash
speech they disagree with?"
While john's statements are frank and probably percieved by you as
harsh, his point is correct - limiting speech is not the answer here.
