One of the things that amazes people is that I went to cooking school
for a semester, and that I often submit myself to the "torture" of
cooking medieval period authentic meals for 200-300 of my closest
friends. So, with that in mind, what are some of your favorite recipes,
chili or otherwise?
I'm a big nut about chili.. I LOVE IT... and I thought with all the
Texans on the list (the nominal home to chili) y'all might have some
interesting things to offer
(oh, and for the record, yes I /can/ get rattlesnake here in Seattle,
but I'd prefer recipe ideas without it.. but if you want to share, go
right ahead! :)
